Duplicating input fields

Hi people,
I have build a new package and the 'edit view' form layout of this module has to have a multiple input field for the same value. The input field will be duplicated with an 'add' button.
To give you an idea of what I mean take a look at the native 'modify account' or new account layout in the 'account' module. This form has an 'add email' field which can be replicated through the 'add' button. In this way it is possible to insert multiple email addresses into one account.

The package I have build has to have a multiple 'add contact' function so I can insert multiple contacts that are associated with this module; it has a 'one' to 'many' relationship with contacts.
Since I'm new to modifying forms in CRM to this extend (I have used Module builder and Studio for small changes) I was wondering on how to proceed with this. How can I set up an ‘add’ button in my form?
I searched into the community forum but couldn’t find any tip relating to this.

You cannot do this with Studio ... you would need to build some custom code.

Hi everybody,
I solved this issue in another way by simply creating a relationship between the new module I've build and the contacts module.
By doing this the subpanel 'contacts' shows up in 'Studio' in my customized module.
You can then choose which fields to show in the subpanel 'contacts'.
