I'm using latest version of SugarCRM installed with FastStack Windows Installer for 5.2.0a with MySQL on port 2222.
Operation System - Windows 2003

The problem is that after adding a user and logging in the system I can`t send any e-mails.
The problem is that there's no settings entered for POP3 protocol. I add these settings from “emails-> settings -> mail accounts. Here are some examples that I work good with.
Name: office
from name: office
Username: office@domain.com
password: ****
Mail Server Address: mail.domain.com
Mail Server Protocol: pop3
Port: 110
Use SSL - NO
Outgoing mail server – These setting don`t work with my configuration, so I add new ones: - Add
Name - office@domain.com
SMTP server - mail.domain.com
SMTP Port - 25
Use SSL when Authentication? - NO
Use SMTP Authentication? - NO
SMTP Username - office@domain.com
SMTP Password - ****
When I enter all this I start a new letter but in From field I have 2 records with one and the same name - office (office@domain.com)
The first one doesn`t work (because there's no setting for POP3) and confuses users who use SugarCRM.
The problem is how to delete the first line and to leave the second one that is the valid one.
