Hi guys, Please help me. I want to either change the duration tab so that i can add more options and not just have 00,15,30,45 min. I want to have more options ranging from 1-60 min. As my call lady will never stay on the phone for 15 min. Please help me ...

Admin->Dropdown Editor:
Look for "duration_intervals". You can add more options here.
