Dynamic Calender input Field

Hii All,
In DetailView page of lead section I wan to add a button from which I want to create two calender input field Start date and End date dynamically.
Dynamically means how much time i click the button it will generate that amount of calender input field.
How can i do this plz help me.

My sugar vertion is 4.5

Actually i want to create dynamic row by using javascript and there is a calender input field as it is in the sugarcrm. I have create the row but I am unable to make the calender functional except the first one,because first one is static. can you please tell me how we can make it functional? please help me.

My sugar version is 4.5
