I have just directed our Faxes to be sent to SugarCRM as an email with an attachment but I'm having 2 problems:
1. The attachments are listed as "file name.tif" when I click on the attachment link I'm prompted to open or save a file called index.php - the original file name was changed, how can I prevent this?
2. When I relate this email to a contact, for example, the attachment is gone (I would assume this is do to the change in file name.

Your help with is matter would be much appreciated as I was unable to word a search in such a way to find a answer to this problem.
