    Default E-mail Campaign

    Hi,

    » Operating system ( Windows XP)
    » Sugar Suite version (Bitrock Windows Installer )

    I am facing problem in Email campaign.When i click on the SEND TEST button or SEND EMAIL button it ask me for selecting the Campaign Message and after selecting it when i click on SEND Button then the Following Message Appears : Following marketing message do not have a mailbox associated with them.
    Please correct that before proceeding.
    So can anybody tell me how to associateda mailbox to a particular Campaign...

    Hi jateen,

    This issue have been sorted out and now you can send your campaigns very well. For this you will have to configure your sheduler where you have to define a mailbox where you have to set the possible action to handle bounce email. Then this mailbox will be visible in the dropdown list of email campaigning.

    Hi,
    thank you that and now i am not getting the error. no wi am able to see the mailbox in the DropDownList.
    But can you please tell me How to Configure Schedulers..if Possible....because i m able to get the test mail , but not the scheduled mails.
