E-mail campaign template

Hi,

I have e-mail template created at my end where in I have iserted variables for contact first name & last name. But when this message is delivered it does not replace the same by its value.

Can you please help me out at the earliest.

Have you been able to get the tracker URL's to work?

What version ar e you using?

My tracker URL is not working too. I have set TRACKER_URL_START <Text> TRACKER_URL_END but this also shows as it is. I am using version 4.0 of CRM.

I wonder if there is something wrong, in general, with this release's campaign manager.

It's been driving me nutz!

Hopefully, some one out there who has got it working will respond.
