Hey Guys,
I am stoked that I got my personal email to work in Sugar. When I get a new email it goes right in my inbox.

But I have a general email address, that when I get a request to it, I want it to create a new lead.

Do I have to have a user assigned to it in order for this to work? Do I just create an email address and set it up as a group user?

So far, I haven't figured out how to make this work. That second email address will not get new emails.

Basic Setup
Name: * Sales Status: Active
All Mail is set up exactly the same as other working address.

Possible Actions: Create Lead
Assign To Group: Sales

The main difference in the two, is that this one (the one that is not working) is assigned to Sales and the other one that is working is assigned to itself per say.

Can someone help me understand how the group situation works with email? I am thinking there is a connection there why this isn't working.
