    Default E-Mail Messages Getting lost

I am having a weird problem with e-mail. If someone sends a message to a user and CCs 2 (3...4...5) other users (All sugar users - all on the same domain), the people who are cc'd do not get their messages in their INBOX. I checked the host domain and the e-mail messages appear in Webmail but do not show in Sugar.Has anyone seen this issue before?

Brilliant! Thanks a bunch Malcolm as I have been searching for a solution all day. I appreciate your time and advice - Les

PS Unbelievable that an e-mail client can be designed in such a "Sloppy" way (sorry - but really!)
