E-mail notification to many

Can someone help me for how to do e-mail notification to many users in other Sugar CRM CE modules like it happens in Meeting module?

Hi,

Write a php script and run the script on cron. Use the sugarCRM scheduler for this.

I think you can use the inbuilt SugarCRM function for the email notification when the user has been assigned the lead or opportunity......
by clicking on the notifications under emailsettings in the admin menu

and also click on the checkbox under(notifications) the user information to whom the email has to be sent....
