Is the e-mail notification working ?

Hi,

Please I am puzzled with this one,

Is the notification function working (on user assignment to leads) ?

I imported some leads and changed the assigned user [nothing arrived] and all e-mail settings are ok.
I created a new lead and assigned it [the e-mail arrived ok]
for that new lead I changed the user and then changed it back but no new notification arrived.

This is the latest version on sugar [fresh installation]

What is wrong ?

I think I managed to narrow this one a bit

Imported leads will not automatically send an e-mail [can live with that]
The most important is the following

If you go all the way and edit a single lead and change the assigned user, an e-mail will be sent.

But

if you change the assigned user through mass update, no e-mail will be sent.

Is that known issue ?

Is this working in the pro version or is it by design [no user notification for assigned leads through mass update]
