E-mail on V 5.1 Shows Null and Body of Message Not Pulled in from Server

» Westhost.com is my Hosting Provider
» Operating system type and version: Windows XP Pro
» Sugar Suite version 5.1
» Webserver type and version: Apache
» PHP version: 5.2.5
» MySQL server version: MySQL5 5.0.27

Setting up e-mail in Sugar, the e-mails are sent normally.
Getting e-mails is issue: Inbox time, date, subject work fine on inbox view

Once opening an e-mail: subject is fine but "From" and "To" and "Body" are issues
"Body" shows nothing at all - "From" & "To" show "null"

Please Help!
