Default E-mail Woes, Exchange 2003 IMAP

I am running an in-house SBS/Exchange 2003 server, and I successfully connected to my mailbox via IMAP. However, the Sugar Email client only imports new e-mails, and only from one folder. Is there a way to change this? I was trying to use SugarCRM as a "passive" client, kind of like evolution does when you connect to an exchange server...as it stands, the e-mail functionality is the only thing holding our company back from switching to Sugar... So is there a way to "Sync" all IMAP folders with Sugar?

Any insight would be much appreciated,

    Tyler.

Hm... I did some more research and came across several disappointing threads. Apparently on 4.5 there is nothing comparable to what I wanted. However, I then discovered the 5.0RC version. It upgraded flawlessly and the email client is beautiful...

Upon hitting "save" on the Settings tab for the Email configuration, it "Downloaded" the messages. Only, it didn't stop once it had downloaded them. It went through the list twice. Then it started again a third time before I hit "esc". Afterwards I checked my inbox, and sure enough - all the folders appeared to be there and in working order. Again, however, on closer inspection I noticed that none of my sent items were there. Still testing...looks very promising so far. The AJAX interface is SWEET. Great work, guys.
