I have a mailbox, where i activated creation of a Case for every incoming mail.

whe i check the mailbox on the server, all mails are available there. When i check mailbox in SugarCRM it is allways empty.

This is problem, because we are several People working with the mails. That means, we allways have to open the cases and check if a mail arrived and was attached to the case. If we could check that through Group Mailbox it would be much easier. Any idea or better workflow for working.
