Easy Help needed

I am just starting to learn Sugar CRM and need help on following. I believe this will help me to get started

Under Accounts, This is what I want to create. If somebody can explain to me in simple steps ( Non techie person)

Field I want is:
1>>
When does account start- enter date
And automatically it creates a expiry date after 1 year


2>> Is domain registered under My name
If yes--> input Date of registeration
--> Name of Registerar
If No---> Nothing

This sort of functionality requires a workflow logic which is not available in Sugar CE. Please check the documentation for the Professional Edition.

You could do it via a logic hook, but it requires some programming knowledge. This isn't a point and click thing, definitely not for the non-techie.

Per Roblaus comment, you would need Professional or Enterprise edition to simplify the process a bit, via the workflow automation tool.
