Easy Questiosn about Monitoring CRM usage

My boss wants me to report and watch, what the users are doing, what accounts, taks, calls they are working on and how much they are spending? I have tried TimeSheet and some other plugins, but TimeSheet depends on user intervention, I basically need to see what out employees are doing while at Sugar.

Hi,

Which edition of SugarCRM you can Used. This option is only available in PROFESSIONAL and ENTERPRISE edition of SUGARCRM. Otherwise you have to perform customization through code.

You have to make a logic_hook for USER module after_login, before_logout for capturing user login or logout time activity.

Some SQL is enough. Look at the table "tracker", it's all there.

Nope, unfortunatey not.
But if you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about then you need somebody to help you. Get yourself somebody who knows mysql a little bit and tell him/her to extract the table tracker with an inner join on users (user id). The result you may then slice and dice in a spreadsheet.
