Easy Way to Update a lot of email domain names?

The title says it all really, is there an easy way, in Sugar, to update the domain name of a large number of contacts and accounts?

We have a piar of large customers who have just combined and now share a single, new domain name, that we need to change all their email addresses to.

How is it best to do this? Can i do it in Suagrm or is it a DB rip and strip?
