Edit default relationship?

I know that "Relationships can only be edited and deleted in Module Builder, not in Studio."

But my module builder has nothing in it. This is a default install. I'd like to change the accounts-contacts relationship from "many-to-many" to "one-to-many". Not possible?

You can only remove the button "Select" from Contacts subpanel under Accounts DetailView and the Accounts subpanel under Contacts DetailView.
Additionally you can create a custom metadata and redefine such relationship.
Go to Admin -> Repair -> Rebuild Relationships
