edit/delete

Hello,
i have a problem Editing users accounts that i set up already. every time i try an error message comes up when trying to save after editing.. i'm an Admin within the firm and i was the one setting up those user accounts so i dont know how can i not be adle to modify data. i would even delete and add the user again, but i cant find delete option.. is that not possible to delete a user? only inactivate? thanks in advance!

You should not delete user!
Better to set inactive.

You may delete user from DBtable manualy. I dont recomend to do this!!!

Hi! thank you! yes i thought so.. my first choice is to Edit but somehow it doesnt work.. hope my IT colleagues can figure out what the problem is.. thanks a lot for your advice! eszter

Hello, just one more thing came to my mind.. you suggested not to delete users because then the data they have already entered would get lost? i'm just asking this because it wouldnt be the case. we are just starting to use the system and i created the user accounts but they havent started using it yet. they dont even have their usernames and passwords.. thanks again

If you want to delete user - you should delete all related data to him.
