Currently when you look at leads or accounts the history displays...

SUBJECT - STATUS - CONTACT - DATE MODIFIED - ASSIGNED USER

I would like to edit this layout to display "Last Modified" (because it shows the date modified as well as the user who modified, which is very important for my sales force since multiple reps work on the same leads).

How can i accomplish this?
