Edit Labels Error

I have a 6.2.2 Sugar CRM with MySQL on Debian and I am trying to create a new module.

Right after creating a package and adding a Issue type module, I try editing the labels and I get the attached error.

An idea of what may be wrong?

Errors like that happens when ajax returns some unexpected content, like PHP messages.
Follow my tips here.
