What file I have to modify to remove attached item?

Does this make sense to remove the attachment item on a Note?

If you really want to do that so edit the custom/modules/Notes/metadata/editviewdefs.php (create it as a copy of modules/Notes/metadata/editviewdefs.php if it is missed) and remove the array element regarding the 'filename'.
Do the same for detailviewdefs.php
