Edit Opportunity Contact is broken?

Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049) on Linux/MYSQL
I add a contact to an opportunity and save. I select Edit on the Contact in the subpanel of the Opportunity and the Contact-Opportunity: form comes up with Contact Name, Opportunity Name, and Role empty. I expect the Role to be empty, but the Contact Name and Opportunity Name are already defined by the relationship. Is anyone else seeing this bug? As a result, I cannot assign Roles to Opportunity Contacts. Thanks.

This looks like it is related to modifying the related contacts subpanel with Studio. I am going to look for a way to undo the Studio changes. Unfortunatly, I have not been able to figure out the trick for getting help from this forum yet.

As I continue this conversation with myself... I was able to make the opportunity contact display the correct Role and Account by renaming the file in custom/modules/Opportunities/Ext/Layoutdefs/layoutdefs.ext.php to something different so Sugar did not think it existed. Seems like the most straight forward way to undo the Studio created problems.
