Editing convertlead layout

hello every one,
i want to edit the layout of the convert lead page, let me know how to do it.....

Note: while editing the layout from the studio after entering in to the leads module page and in the detailed layout there is a button named convert lead what for is that button and whats the significance of it


Navigation:
ADMIN-->STUDIO-->EDIT LAYOUT-->LEADS-->DETAILED VIEW LAYOUT--> in this there is a button named convert lead but its not working, let me know the significance of it.....

The convert lead button you see in the studio is non-functional. It just shows you all the non-standard buttons that the lead module has.

then now i need to edit the layout of the convert lead page, let me know the solution for it
