Default Editing subpanel title bar and contents

    4.5.i OS
History subpanel (under Cases, for example) lists the history items summarized by:
Subject Status Contact Date Modified Assigned user

We'd love it to just show this instead:
    Subject Date Created Assigned User

And as a bonus we'd like to have the Date Created show *time* as well as day.

Where / how do I change this layout? Obviously not through Studio (I think), but I can't find the correct php for it either. Thoughts from the experts?

    ndaniels,

Check out modules\Notes\subpanels. You can open and edit the subpanel layouts in each of the files in this folder. The ForHistory.php is probably the one you want. Check the other modules like Calls for the rest of the history subpanels.

Thanks.... but.... there is no ForHistory.php in Cases/subpanels, which leaves the question of 'how does Sugar know to put that subpanel in Cases at all?' It must be defined someplace else, but I don't know where.
I see the ForHistory.php under calls, however. 1: can I just copy it over? 2: for that one or some other identified copy, it appears to me as if the layout file only addressed the labels on the bar - where is the file which also says what to actually show for each history iterm in the list (i.e. 'date_created' instead of 'date_modified', and 'show time day as well as calender day')?

Sorry, edited the post but it didn't email it to you. I meant to say modules\Notes\subpanels. Editing this file is NOT upgrade safe but will let you customize what data columns to show. You'll have to play around with it to get a feel for how it works.
