Okay this is the situation did some searching on editing rows and when I was editing rows I deleted rows that were needed, so I created new rows and custom fields or used Sugar Fields where needed. So now I fixed the error well a little I have the fields I need but I do not have a row to fit the descritption/ resolution. I read how you have to edit the XML page to allow for a text area, but my question is that if I am using our version over the web at a compter that is not the Host do I edit it on my computer, the host or is it in the actual administration once you have logged in.
