eliminate scrolling bar showing in vertical and horizontal position

Dear Sugar users,
I recently installed sugarcrm and I'm experiencing a strange issue with displaying data.

It did not happen when I installed it 2 days ago. I didnd't install any plugins or addons, or did anythin. But now, when I sign in SugarCRM, I have the scrolling bars showing in vertical and horizontal position in all browsers I use, Firefox, Explorer, Maxthlon.

How do I get rid of those scrolling bards? It's very annoying, I just cannot work fast and properly with it.
I've attached a snapshot of what I see in my installation.

That's easy... Just buy a bigger monitor....

Not that easy man. I saw it well when I installed SugarCRM. I see demo on Sugar site perfectly well but my installation looks like that. It's not the monitor, I'm afraid!

Ya can't knock the bigger monitor fix until ya've tried it!

I'm standing behind my bigger monitor 'theory' as a solution..

And oh well if it (the bigger monitor) doesn't fix it...
At least it won't be me that had to lug a big'ol monitor from my desk, in and out of my office..

panoramia, I wonder (just a guess) if the display of the group inbox count isn't throwing things off.
