Is there a way to leave a copy of the emails on the server?

I've searched the forums and wiki for info, but there doesn't appear to be any information on where to find that setting.

We are beging a testing phase with sugar, and would like to drop Outlook and move to sugar for our customer contact needs. To facilitate testing of the email component, I would like to be able to use both Outlook and sugar to view emails and respond. I can (and have) set outlook to leave a copy of the email on the server, but I can't find an equivalent setting in sugar. Does it exist?
