I have 10 contacts for an account.
I have placed notes and email activity on each of those contacts.
(note: I am using the Sugar Email client)
I am unable to see the Email Activity (from Account View).--however It IS present in the view of the respective contact.
Example
When I look at an Account View,(IBM)
From the Account view, I can only see account activity logged using the “History” or “Activity” tab.
The Email activity does not show up under "History" tab.
However, using the Contact View, the history for each contact DOES SHOW the email activity.
Is this inability to see contact-Email Activity from the Account View a (FAD)-functions as designed or something I can have “fixed”?
