where are the address book entries stored for the email module i found where contact emails are stored but not the address book because we have over 7,000 contacts and i do not want to import them all manually so i was going to write a script to do it

also on a side not when creating an email template what does "insert variable" actually do i know it's a variable filed but where does it pull this variable from

They are stored in the address_book table, but you should be aware that all that contains is the relationship info. You still need to have the record in Sugar, for example, in the Contacts module.

thats all i need i new it had to be a relationship so i was gonna write a logic hook to check for differences in the tables and add them thanks for the help
