Email Address field type

Hi am new to Sugarcrm,

But really like it so far, have started with sudio and just customising it a little have read over some of documentation on install guide but can not fine how Email Addresses setup is done.

Want to replicated something like the Email Addresse where you hit Add Address and it bring up a new one btu can not find type that it is using when creating field.

Want to be able to create a system where by

(Course 1) (Start date)
Add course

(Course 1) (Start date)
(Course 2) (Start date)
etc..
Add course

you cannot do this in studio ... you would need some custom coding
