I have a group Email account Support in the CRM. So when a Support email is received in the CRM it sent an email to all support staff letting them know a new support issue has been received, it is then taken by whichever member of support is free.
When sending the Email Alert I cannot include the actual email, I can only include the subject. I am in SugarPro 5.0.0j so is this normal or is there a email I can include the body of the Email also...
