    Default Email Alert Templates - Adding account info

    Ok, So i setup a workflow rule to run so that if status doesnt change for 1 minute, send email using the following template.

    Support,

    {::future::Cases::case_number::}

    Status : {::future::Cases::status::}

    Case Type: {::future::Cases::c_case_type_c::}

    Subject : {::future::Cases::name::}

    Description : {::future::Cases::description::}

    Date Created: {::future::Cases::date_entered::}



    Which works great! however, I want to had contact/account info into this template. Any ideas how?

    Have you had any luck figruing this one out? I would like to send an email notification to all case contacts when a note is added to the case, so my suppiort people can just enter the note and forget it without having then send an email to the customer also. To do that I would need to be able to grab case info, contact info and note info in the alert template.

    Hi.

    I am working in Sugarcrm4.5.1 pro beta version. In workflow managemnt, i have created the Alert email templates in workflow management for send the cases alerts to the administrator. but i am not recived any template emails and after creating the Template i got the following Notice

    Notice: You must turn Notifications on in Admin > Configure Settings in order to send alerts
    then i click that configure settings in Admin panel but i am not seeing that particular send alert check box.

    please help me.

    That notice is wrong. Look under e-mail settings.
