Ok, So i setup a workflow rule to run so that if status doesnt change for 1 minute, send email using the following template.
Support,
{::future::Cases::case_number::}
Status : {::future::Cases::status::}
Case Type: {::future::Cases::c_case_type_c::}
Subject : {::future::Cases::name::}
Description : {::future::Cases::description::}
Date Created: {::future::Cases::date_entered::}
Which works great! however, I want to had contact/account info into this template. Any ideas how?
