Hi
We are having intermittent problems with inbound emails, where some emails are received without the attachment.
I know there was an attachment (have checked the google mail account) but they do not appear on the email in Sugar
We also have experienced problems opening some attachments, just normal PDF documents, or JPG's. But again it is intermittent.
There are no errors showing in Sugar Logs.
Does anyone have any idea's why this might be happening or have experienced the same issue?
