Hi -

I have a group of users that receive attachments in email, and several times a week, an attachment is renamed to a number - no original filename, no file extension. They are finding it very frustrating.

What could be wrong?


I've looked for a reference between filenames and attachment_id in the sugar database, but can't find anything.
