I have Sugar Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239) on Apache 2.0.52 with PHP 5.1.6 and MySQL 5.0.24a

A few days ago we started having issues with emails coming in - All attachments coming in are blank (0kb). The files download, but no matter how large or small they are, they all come in at 0KB.

In addition, for some reason we just ran into an error where when we send multiple attachments in one email, the email screen just goes blank. Can anyone assist me? I have been ripping my hair out trying to figure out what is going on.
