    Unhappy Email auto create case user and folder issue

    Hi Everyone,

    I would like to ask for help on the following issues:

    1. When I link a group account to a group folder I am the only one who sees this folder, plus the Emails from that group account doesn't arrive to the group folder, but in my personal folder.

    2. At the group account I can select from 2 case distribution methods. But will this distribute among the all the users? Not everyone deals with support! Can I point one user who will have the auto cases assigned to?

    This would be a big help, thanks in advance.

    Hey everyone!

    I now know the answer for a part on Question 1.
    On the Email tab > Settings users can select which folder they see.

    But:

    1. Why do the emails arrive in my personal folder and not the group folder?

    2. Why are the new cases always assigned to me? Can I set the group of people or the person for this?

    If anyone knows, pls reply!

    Dear All,

    I am continuosly browsing the forum and other sources but no luck. If anyone has an idea about my question PLS write!

    Tha Administration guide says:

    "However, in order to automatically import emails into Sugar and route them to a Group folder, you must associate a Group mail account with the Group folder."

    This is not happening!!

    I think this will be a user issue. It seems the group user which was automatically created is not associated with the group email account.

    Any ideas?????

    Hey guys, update:

    I made a subfolder to the group folder and now it puts the emails to that one and not my inbox, so that is ok!

    But now the cases are not assigned to anyone! They should be, to the group user..

    Still waiting for ideas.. thanks!
