Hi,

I am trying to set up an automated case creation and automated response and everything works fine.

the sender will get an automated response with case id on the subject line.

What i am wondering is is there a way that i can include the case id in the message body as well?

I have tried specifying $case_name and $case_id. But no luck

I have also tried both plaintext and html for outgoing emails. But no luck

Please can you someone advice me here?
