Just a quick question here, hoping to also give some people some ideas due to it, as well.

I often advertise services on CraigsList and things like that, where my contact information left is simply an email address. Potential leads are to email that address requesting more information, and that's how the cycle begins.

My question is, can I use a Campaign in SugarCRM for this? I'd like to hopefully even set up a new mailbox for each place that we advertise, and create a SugarCRM scheduler to check those accounts and associate those messages with each campaign, which would, like I said, correspond to each place where we advertise.

I'm relatively new to SugarCRM, and have been setting up dummy accounts and elements throughout, and I'm very very pleased. This works really, really well. I tell everyone that I've been looking for something that is this complete, for over four years.
