Hi,
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
In the mail box view , there is a column "Relate To" and each email has a link under that column "Quick Create"
I get that ... use quick create to link the email to a NEW case or task etc
BUT if I have an existing case ... I know I can click the email , then under the email use the choose case to link it to a case
BUT after I do that the column in the email box under "Related to" still shows "Quick Create" rather than the case topic I just linked it to.
And if I try to use the Quick create link it makes a NEW task or case etc ??
Anyone know how to get the "Quick Create" to disappear and show the correct Case etc that the email is associated with ?
