Email campaign bounce-back tracking not working

I am using Sugar Open Source Version 5.2.0f (Build 5688). I sent multiple messages to the invalid emails but the "bounced message" stats does not show anything. This is leading to wrong campaign results.
I have checked other threads also but cannot find the exact solution.

Can any one help in this.

Did you have properly set up the Run "Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails" task on Admin -> Scheduler?

Under the Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails i have the following details:

Job: function:: pollMonitoredInboxesForBouncedCampaignEmails
Status : Active
Active From: Always
Active To : Always
Interval : On the hour; From 02:00 to 06:00
Date & Time Start: 01/01/2005 11:00
Date & Time End : perpetual
Last Successful Run : Never
Execute If Missed: Always

As you can see in "Last Successful Run : Never" that task is not working.

You may try to review the settings of cron (linux) or task manager (windows). Check if there's a schedulet task running the cron.php in the sugar. If not set up a new one.

Go to Admin -> Scheduler to review how to implement it.
