Email campaign broke all of a suddent

I've been sending out email campaigns for the last 10 months using various versions of SugarCRM. This month, the first batch of 100 went out, then nothing. No error message, no clue as to what went wrong. Where should I look? Nothing in sugarcrm.log nothing in error_log and I've upped the log4php.properties to debug and still nothing. I've run the cron job by hand and checked the machine error logs and nothing!

We really need more information,

1. versions of software (SugarCRM & PHP)
2. SMTP vs Sendmail
3. Does the mail stay in your mailqueue or is it leaving there as it should? (Admin->Manage Email Queue)
4. Did this happen right after an upgrade
5. Are you sure the passoword is right on the Admin->Email Settings screen?
6. Including a diagnostic file would be good too.
