    Default Email Campaign/Cronjob Issue

    Can anyone help?

    I have set up the cronjob for the an email campaign and the cron is running but it's not actually sending any emails... I have attached the cron.php file (is it ok?)... I can manually send the queued messages in Outbound Email Queue Management and they are sending 50 at a time which is correct, but the cronjob isn't sending them....

    Test emails send ok.

    I just got my account suspended with my host for sending too many emails - woooooooops and don't want it to happen again.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Goto admin - scheduler

    check the "run nightly mass email campaigns" job.
    by default the interval is set to 02:00 to 06:00, that means, only between 2 am and 6 am the cron job will send emails....
    When is your computer online? The whole night?

    Thanks for the quick reply kuske. I think my computer has been turned off at night actually. Wil this not run with me being logged into sugar or the machine turned on? My sugarcrm is hosted on a server that runs 24/7

    If your server is running in 24/7 mode there should be no problem to send the emails during the night.

    Switch the logging level to debug and check the sugarcrm.log file.
    If there is any problem to send it should be visible in this log file.
