Sugar 6.2 and trying to send an email campaign. I keep getting a series of "fail" dialog boxes after send and the emails are not being received.
In the campaign wizard when I get to the Marketing Email screen I am asked to choose an email account. Of the three options available in the Use Mail Account drop down box, none are the email address I have set up called "marketing@primetatler.com". Instead I am offered "-none-", "bounce" and "sugar crm".
I think the fail is due to the mail account issue but I can I get the campaign to let me choose the correct email address? This is a screenshot of my campaign email account set up: http://imm.io/9FAa
