Bump big time.
Did this every get sorted? We've just had the same issue with 4,000 messages. All senders have been moved into OptOut? We checked that all the targets had "Opt Out" switched off on their record before the message was sent. Now it is on for all targets bar about 5 who did actually read their message at 23:00 (!) If the message has not been read how can it be opted out.
You know Sugar has some great Kung Fu going on behind the scenes but the documentation is a little lacking, grasshopper - any clues people? Very happy to share our findings, when we find any.
