I am using the latest version of sugarcrm os: 4.5.1c This has been upgraded through several of the version patches (it's not a "fresh, clean install of the latest version")

When I send out an email campaign, the bounces end up in the group mailbox, and are not processed by the sugarcrm as bounced emails: non of the emails register as bounced within the campaign status page.

I've followed all of the threads (that go back a year or more, and discuss various fixes for various versions of the software, and enhancement for tagging a higher percentage of the bounces), and now find myself somewhat confused as to what is "fixed" in this version 4.5.1c, and why are my bounces not being processed.

My first hope is that I could get back to "terra firma", and that the patch installation would "reset" all of the proccessing scripts to the 4.5.1c version, and that would eliminate the requirement to hand editing the processing patches in the thread mentioned above.

My questions are:
1. Is there a way to look at a php script, and confirm that it is the released for a certain version? (i.e. is there something in the header that will state a version number?)

2. If the current version is working in general , and should be working on my system, is there a way to just upload the email processing scripts to "force" the fix for my system?

3. If not, and I have to completely re-do the SugarCRM OS 4.5.1c install from scratch, is there a recommended way to back up the data, and the campaign status, etc, so that I can delete my installation, do a complete, clean install, and then then restore my data? (accounts, contacts, leads, targets, users, campaigns, newletters, opportunites)
