I am running SugarCRM 5.2c Community on Ubuntu 9.04 on Apache 2, PHP 5.2, and MySQL 5. I have 4GB of RAM and 1BG allocated to the PHP memory limit. I don't have much else running on this server. It's a new Dell Poweredge.

I have an email campaign to about 6,600 addresses. I initiated the campaign about 40 hours ago. So far, only 1,050 emails have been sent. My cron job runs ever 5 minutes, and the Sugar scheduler has the Email Campaign job running now on the hour. I had it running every 5 minutes too.

What can I do to cause Sugar to send these emails out much faster?
