    Default Email Campaign sends only one message to first email in the target list

    I have created an email campaign in newly installed sugarcrm ( Version 6.0.1 Build 4143).
    I have created a test target list with about 10 test emails to send a test email form my campaign.
    As per my understanding campaign diagnostics report and scheduler components report are normal and shows everything okay. So I don’t think I have any problem with email setting or smtp server configuration or setup in sugarcrm.

    as you can see the attached screenshots, after I send email through campaign wizard, view status page show me the chart that shows activities of only have one target email, remaining emails in the test target list never receive emails also they does not appear in the email message queue. I have tried sending email to target list couple of times with different ways, but each time only one email is sent by sugurcrm. I am not sure about any setting in the sugarcrm admin to control number of outbound emails from the system.

    I have tried all possibilities with email scheduler and email template and every time I am getting same result, email sent to only first record in my target list.

    Help me fix this problem so I can send message to all emails listed in my target list ( test and default ). Please let me know if any other details required from my end to clearly understand this problem in default sugarcrm installation on my server.

    Is there a chance that you have used those emails in test before and the opt-out is checked? Or that perhaps more than one of your test targets have the same email address?

    i have total 10 unique and valid emails in my target list, all valid and none of them are opted out except the one that you see in the chart for which the message was sent successfully. also in my other test campaign which now i have deleted, i had tried all possibilities by sending the test email for that campaign and each time i found that only one email was being sent form the system.

    so the strange thing is, everything works fine but only for one email ( first entry in the target list ). system does not send emails for other targets in the list at all.
    And if i try to send test emails multiple times, chart shows Message Sent/Attempted ( 4 ) but the table showing list of targets on the view status page only shows 2 unique emails only.
    also, i noticed that system is sending any one email randomly, some of the times when i try to send test email for the campaign.

    Thanks in advance for your interest to help on this situation. please let me know if you need any further details from my end. also for your information, my sugarcrm installation is 100% default without any customization.

    I note that several people have had the same issue and each time it appears to be with the same version you are using. Therefore I suggest two things: 1, upgrade to 6.02 and 2, submit a bug, as I do not see that anyone has done so. If you are using Pro or Ent, you should submit a case as well.

    If you have access to your php.ini I might also suggest increasing the max execution time.

    Thank you for your quick reply,

    I upgraded sugarcrm community edition to Version 6.0.2 (Build 4217)
    but still i am facing the same problem.
    one more thing i have noticed after deleting all test entries when i tried again, the system sent email to the same email to same target address that was sent message in last attempt. but after that if i try to send test email for the same campaign with same test target list, it just keep adding number to the bar chart but no emails are sent or shown in the table on the view stats page.

    Please help to fix this problem.

    I tried increasing max execution time upto 4800 but still facing the same problem. system sends only one email, normally first in the target list.

    Please help to get this fixed.

    Anyone else facing similar problem !!!
    Its so annoying that everything works just fine but only for one email address in the target list.
    I have tried to reinstall the application and create campaigns with all size of target lists to check the cause of the problem, but it seems like it is the bug in the application that stops sending emails to more than one target.

    I am wondering no other users are facing this problem with latest version Version 6.0.2 (Build 4217)

    Anyone............Please help me to move forward with my campaign.
