Email campaign status - Add To Target List

For each subpanel in the email campaign status page there is a button labeled "Add to Target List". What exactly does this button do?

It isn't mentioned in the User Manual or the Wiki and I've not been able to find details in the forum.

With this button you can actually do exactly what it says. Adding persons to target lists.
Usually a campaign has some sort of a result. People who opened a mail, clicked a page or even simpler - leads generated by a web2lead form.

If you set up another contact list (say a subscription list for a newsletter) then click this button, select the appropriate list and your subscribers from the web2lead go to the subscription list of the Newsletter. There is a small bug though - the entries of the originating campaign will disappear until the next addition.

Double entries are filtered out, so even if your web2lead campaign is slowly filling up you can press this button as often as you want - only new leads will be added to the contact list.
