Email campaign - target list "default"

i am encountering a strange error during the campaign process ; first i created a target list and set the "type" to "test" everything worked fine so i then changed the type of the same list to "default" ..now it says that the the mail has been sent but none has reced it...any help

You can send as many emails as you want to a list type=test

You can only send 1 email to a list type=default

the software is detecting that you have already sent an email to the test email account and suppressing it.
